First off she can sue you for what ever amount she wants. You can't get blood out of a turip. Check on line and see if you can find some free legal help in your area. They will be a great help If by chance you got the other lady you talked to name and number that would be some help to. And go to the police department and get a copy of the police report. That way you will know everything that the lady that wants to sue you had to say top the cop. Good Luck and don't worry every thing will be just fine.
