Do i have swine flu or something else?

ok... i expect everyone is getting chuffed off with this question coming up all the time but the nhs site does not really answer the questions that well.. i have been ill for the last few days.. headaches that i can not get rid off, feeling sick.. got a bit of apitite but not a lot.. can not sleep well keep waking up every half hour to hour.. getting hot and cold sweats(mainly at night) i have had flu or colds plenty of times before and never really felt like this.. do u think its swine flu, a cold, a normal flu or a bug.. someone help me with the answer pls x
