Why can't I get a job? Feedback please!?

I would drop the term well-rounded.. it just doesn't sound right.... otherwise, nothing is wrong with your resume, its an OK resume, I mean, its not great but its better then a lot of ones that I have seen... you might want to check out some websites online that have resume samples, particularly ones that are for admins. Just remember, the economy is REALLY REALLY bad! You are competing with so many other people. A manager at a gas station told me he got 500 apps for a job there at the c-store. Thats how insanely bad the economy is right now. JUST KEEP TRYING!!!!
