I know this is complete paranoia, but..?

I bought a product on ebay that said it was in the original plastic wrap (movie collection) and when it arrive today had been open. My original thought about this is original wrap I will just wipe it off and everything will be fine, but now I am worried that the seller might have done something to it, like had the swine flu or something and now it is all contaminated. I know I have some paranoia problems, but do you think I am just being silly, and has anyone ever herd of someone getting sick of ebay products?
