Why does it rain so much in england ? particularly the midlands ( i live in derby)?

Darling, if you think it rains a lot in the Midlands, you should come and live in Cornwall for a month. I used to live in Birmingham, and believe me, it rains a lot more down here in Cornwall.!!!!
