Best way to ask someone to a dance?

my high school is known for being super creative when asking someone to a dance. it is sadies season and yet again everyone's going overboard with the balloons, flowers, etc. i would ask someone, but i feel like alot of ideas have been overused and are unoriginal. what is the most mindblowing way you've ever seen, heard of, or asked someone to a dance? please let me know! thanks :)
