Could I be sick with swine flu?

Friday night, I came down with a cough, sore throat, and a stuffed up nose. For yesterday and today, I've also had a 100.6 fever, muscle aches, a headache, chills, and all that good stuff. I had a tiny bit of nausea but I have yet to throw up. What do you think it is?
