Is this selection of fish good? for my 36G?

The frog might not do so great, they need to surface for air from time to time and the 36 gal might be too tall. I would definitely go with the Cories, adding more than 4 and choose a tetra species and make a big school. I would go with the neon tetras personally, they school tightly and are very colorful. There is something to be said for simple tanks with only 2-3 species.
