Should I use Advanced SystemCare if I have other Anti-virus,spyware,etc programs?

I have McAfee which is good for finding virus(yet some still slip through. Just got rid of one earlier today actually it didn't find the virus I just hurried and ATL+CTRL+DEL then ran MSCONFIG to stop the program from running on startup). I also have SuperAnti-Spyware and Malwarebytes. Both of them does pretty much the same thing. They find problems everytime I run them even if I run them back to back. I was wondering looking for a better program to use so I'm thinking about trying Advanced SystemCare.
