Since you appealed the violation and Customer Care upheld it, there's really nothing you can do about it except to just let the whole thing go. Your question had ranting overtones that can anger some users in the process. Maybe you should have discussed that with the priest at your local Catholic church in the first place. That would have avoided the violation in the first place.
