What Illness do i have?

I have an upset stomach. A lot of "farting.." stomach hurts a little bit. Lots of bowel movements with some diarrhea sometimes. When i had diarrhea i "pooped" out a little blood. it didnt hurt but what do i have? and what can i do about it?
