What renders clothing unclean for praying in?

One should not pray wearing impure (Having Najas) clothes. Also a pure food is never impure. If you are certain your bottom of Jeans has touched impurity (Najas as Urine, blood etc), you need to remove and wash that part or change before praying. Cat is not impure but a dog is.
