Hollyoaks: Has the India murder storyline been badly portrayed?

Hollyoaks has a habit lately of having a couple of good episodes and then the rest are rubbish again! The storyline of India dying was good but it would have been better if it emphasised more on just India being the victim and the dangers of internet chatting instead of bringing in Silas and making him a full blown serial killer. The effect of the dangers has been forgotten already. It was the same with Steph's cancer. They didn't handle that great either. Rhys was meant to be in love with India at one point and no one even seems bothered really!
