The use of AP Statistics?

I just got the result for my ap statistic exam, I got a 5! I planning to become a Biology Major college and Im going to become a senior in high school this fall. The Bio Major requires Biostatistics to be taken. Would I be able to opt out of Biostatistics with my ap statistics credit? I want to take Calculus 3 and 4 because they are more challenging cles and I want to impress Medical schools more.
