What do these things mean...?

I have to write a sonnet about growing up & i have to use the conventions of a shakespearean sonnet, i also have to include personification, imagery, metaphors & i have to appeal to the senses, does anyone get this? If yes then please could you tell me what it all means? Pleaseee it has to be in for tomorrow!!!!!
