How can i be more outgoing around guys in middle school?

i am kinda popular, im a cheerleader and i have alot of friends, and only like 3 enimies. but my neighbor is a guys who has alot of cute, funny, and popular friends who i awlays am with, they say im cute and stuff but i just need something to push it over so theyll ask me out because im kinda shy around guys. helpp please:)
